Our Mission
Company ProfileWe and our staff at QCeramics have various ceramicist accreditations related to the ceramics industry! Q-Ceramics is a small family business, owned and run by Nick and Sandy Quarrell, with help from staff members Jane, Chris, Lyndsey and Jasmine. Between them they have have over 30 years of experience in the the ceramics industry. As well as handmade items, Qceramics are skilled in the art of mould making, repair and maintenance of all machinery associated with the ceramics industry! Come and paint your own ceramics! Yes, that's right, as well as manufacturing and finishing of high quality, popular and obscure ceramics items. Qceramics offers a pop in and paint your own ceramics cafe! Conveniently located just off the M4 at junction 16 in the craft village area within Blooms garden centre. The studio offers a sit down and paint your own ceramic items service, choose from hundreds of bisque items all conveniently displayed. Come in and take a look! Hand prints! Set your or you children's hand / foot prints in clay and decorate, or if u prefer, ask one of our friendly staff to do it for you! Hundreds of designs colours and finishes to choose from! Pop in and take a look for yourself! You'll be amazed...... From time to time here at QCeramics, we organise seminars where we invite a guest teacher to take a class to enable our staff and students to learn new and exciting painting techniques! Take a look at our gallery to see just a few of the fantastic items we've produced in our seminars! Qceramics work with companies such as Mayco, Ceramichrome, Gare, Duncan & Cromartie to ensure the business stays up to date with the latest products and techniques! Qceramics, by appointment only, we'll cater for groups, parties, schools and clubs etc. Our studio can cater for large numbers of people, however, for larger groups we will come to you!
